Booking Conditions

Reservations and Payment

• A direct booking is confirmed once the stay has been paid in full.
• The full stay is paid online by card at the time of booking, through Stripe’s secure payment page. The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
• The minimum stay is two nights.
• Direct bookings are non-refundable.
• Nightly rates are published on each apartment’s page and in the reservation summary. They include the municipal tourist tax and cleaning, and the same table applies every year.
• If you need to cancel, tell us as early as possible and we will always do our best to help.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in from 4:00 PM, self check-in through a secure lockbox — your code is sent before arrival.
• Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Arriving at a different time? Write to us in advance and we will arrange it.

Guests and Capacity

• Left Residence sleeps up to four guests: one bedroom and two bathrooms.
• Right Residence sleeps up to four guests: one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room, with one bathroom.
• Only the guests registered for the stay may sleep at the apartment.
• We may ask for identification details for the guest registration required by Portuguese law.

House Rules

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking, vaping, candles or incense (incl. balcony)
• No parties or events — registered guests only
• No pets

Getting There and Parking

Free parking at Largo da Feira is about 170 metres away, and there is street parking on R. Dr. Pádua. Full directions are on the Getting Here page.
